Legion Safety's Policies
Our company gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards and will be happy to work on Net 30 terms with approved customers (please call or email us to request a credit application). If you choose the Chicago-based Legion Safety Products to be your personal protective equipment supplier, whether it would be for a few pairs of safety glasses or a pallet-load of latex dipped gloves, you can be sure that you will always get a great deal and top quality service here!
In order to allow us to maintain our low prices, we require minimum orders of $10 and add a small handling fee to orders below $50, unless you select our $5 flat UPS shipping rate.
We accept wire transfers for international orders and, in some cases, international credit cards. Our web site does not accept orders with shipping and billing addresses outside of the United States. International customers may contact us via email or through our Contact form to get shipping quotes and additional help with placing their orders.
Legion Safety Products will allow returns of unused, resalable products in original packaging and of original conditions if returned to our warehouse within 20 days from receipt by Purchaser. Any returns due to shipping errors or damage in delivery must be reported to Legion Safety within 10 days from the delivery date. Except as otherwise agreed between the Seller and the Purchaser, products will not be accepted for return after 20 days from the date of delivery to the Purchaser. Any cancellations or returns, except those due to shipping errors or damage in shipping will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, for which the Purchaser shall be responsible.
Please call Legion Safety Products toll free at (866)781-3892 or at (224)632-1635 or email at email@example.com prior to shipping returns to receive a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number that will ensure credit to your purchasing account. Credit will not be applied to returned goods if an RMA number issued by Legion Safety is not provided with goods. Purchaser is responsible for delivery and return shipping charges unless return is due to product defects or shipping errors. Please contact us to discuss your return needs in case if your situation was not addressed in our return policy above.

As a security precaution, Legion Safety does not store complete information about our customers' credit cards and does not fill in credit card numbers of returning customers during checkout.
