Moldex 8500 series respirator cartridges are NIOSH approved for formaldehyde.
Moldex cartridges for Formaldehyde easily snap into the Moldex half mask facepiece. Additional particulate filters could be attached to these cartridges - Legion Safety has Moldex 8940 P100 filters, which should be retained by filter disk piggyback adapters and 8910 N95 filters, which are retained by 8020 filter retainers.
