These 3M disposable welding respirators are NIOSH approved and provide at least 95% filtration efficiency against oil-free solid and liquid aerosols. They have a flame resistant outer layer that helps protect the filters in welding applications.
3M 8212 disposable benefit from such comfort features as the cool flow exhalation valve that reduces moisture and temperature build up, a comfortable and soft face seal and adjustable noseclip that together reduce pressure points and provide a more secure and custom fit seal, and a fully adjustble straps that can be tightened by a single tug. Cake resistant filter media on this disposable welding respirator from 3M reduces caking of particles onto the respirator surface.
