3M PAPR Assembly GVP-1U complete Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) system is comprised of a 3M Belt-Mounted Powered Air Purifier, NiCd rechargeable battery pack, appropriate cartridges (filter) combination, breathing tube and either a loose-fitting or tight-fitting respiratory headgear. This system offers respiratory protection against certain acid gases, organic vapors and particulates, and allows freedom of movement for approximately eight hours of continuous use. This system is intrinsically safe.
