3M GVP PAPR Assembly GVP-1

A full 3M PAPR assembly utilizing the 3M GVP-1 is a complete Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) system that should be comprised of a 3M Belt-Mounted PAPR blower, appropriate filters, cartridges or canisters, NiCd rechargeable battery pack, breathing tube and either a loose-fitting or tight-fitting respiratory headgear. This system offers respiratory protection against certain acid gases, organic vapors and particulates, and allows freedom of movement for approximately eight hours of continuous use. This system is intrinsically safe.
