3M 6000 Series Half-Mask Drop Down Respirator
6000 Series 3M half mask respirators offer the user comfort and convenience coupled with the cost savings of a reusable respirator. These respirators ncorporate the 3M Bayonet Filter Fixing System, enabling a wide range of 3M Filters to simply click into place. This versatile reusable respirator is suitable for many situations, providing protection against particulates and a wide variety of gases and vapors, depending on the installed cartridges.
Reusable respirators that incorporate a unique drop down head harness system so that workers outside the contaminated area can more easily communicate without totally removing the respirator. It is designed for workers who wear hard hats or hard hats with liftable faceshields. With this system, the facepiece drops straight down onto the chest by detaching the neck strap.
These 3M respirators come without cartridges. All filters, cartridges and retainers are sold separately. Use these 3M half mask respirator facepieces with 2000 series filters, P100 Filters 7093/7093C or 3M 6000 series cartridges.
