3M 6003 Organic Vapor and Acid Gas Cartridges
3M 6000 Series cartridges feature a low-profile design that helps maintain a good field of vision. These 3M cartridges can be used in a variety of workplace applications, including petrochemical, chemical manufacturing, construction, transportation and electronics.
3M 6003 respirator cartridges are NIOSH approved against certain organic vapors and acid gases (chlorine, hydrogen chloride, and sulfur dioxide or hydrogen sulfide or hydrogen fluoride). These cartridges can be used interchangeably with 3M Reusable Respirators series 6000, 7000 and FF-400 with bayonet style cartridge holders.
When properly fitted these 3M cartridges help provide respiratory protection from certain organic vapors and acid gases at concentrations up to 10 times the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) with half facepieces or 50 times PEL with full facepieces.
